WE DELIVER EVERYWHERE IN SWITZERLAND (AND MOST OF EUROPE TOO!)
Thanks to our amazing delivery partners, we can deliver next business day to any address in Switzerland and most countries in Europe within 2-5 days. Outside of Switzerland, we can currently deliver to France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
FAST DELIVERY TIMES
We endeavour to deliver every gift as quickly as possible.
With the SwissPost, for all orders placed before 14.00, we offer our customers:
Standard delivery (7.-chf) - next day priority delivery which can arrive anytime from 9.00 to 18.00 (Monday to Friday).
Express delivery (15.-chf) - next day express delivery before 9.00 CET (Monday to Saturday)
Eurpoean delivery (20.-chf) - 2-5 days depending on the country.
If SwissPost are unable to deliver your gift, then they will normally leave a collection card for the package to be picked up from the local post office.
We also offer a same day electric bike delivery service (20.-chf) for postcodes within the Geneva metro area (1200-1210 + 1227). Delivery is between 14h and 18h (Monday to Friday).

LET'S GET IT RIGHT, FIRST TIME
We'd love a little help to ensure that your delivery is as perfect as your gift.
To ensure a speedy delivery and avoid any redelivery fees, we ask that you please check that someone is at home or work to receive your delivery. Alternatively, if you are sending a gift to someone in hospital, we do require ward and room details to ensure the gift lands in the right hands.
If there is nowhere safe to leave the package, a calling card will be left and it may be taken to the nearest postal office, returned to Edible Blooms or a courier depot.
If we are required to redeliver your gift there may be a redelivery fee if we are charged by the carrier.
HOW DO WE LOOK AFTER YOUR PERISHABLE GIFT? All of our chocolate bouquets and hampers are delivered in special gift boxes. In warmer months we use ice packs to ensure the product remains cool.
WHAT IF IT MELTS IN TRANSIT?
We're experts when it comes to wrapping and packaging your gift so it stays safe in transit.
In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged, please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged gift and we will send a complimentary replacement straight away.
If we are delivering your gift to Europe, delivery can take 2-5 days depending on the country. As such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a delivery date.
ANY EXTRA CHARGES? If you order multiple items then shipping will be charged on a per item basis. For "extra" or "boost your bloom' products eg lamb toy or bottle of champagne we will normally pack these in the same box as the bouquet so there will be only 1 shipping charge.
